I'm Rafael Souza — online, most people know me as Raffx. I'm a 23-year-old developer and community manager working at the intersection of code and people. I build interfaces that feel considered and help grow spaces where communities thrive with purpose.
By day, I write React, Next.js, and Angular for SaaS products at A5 Solutions. By night, I'm structuring JET LATAM — a regional initiative aligned with the Jito ecosystem on Solana. I've shipped Lambdas, moderated multilingual Discords, built Telegram bots, and organized educational events.
I believe good products come from the same place good communities do: care for detail and respect for other people's time.

Official site for JET LATAM, the regional initiative aligned with the Jito ecosystem on Solana. I led the frontend and worked as Community Operations Associate — shaping the web experience, the multilingual Discord, bounty campaigns, and partner coordination.
