Frontend developer and community manager from Brazil, building precise digital products and community systems for SaaS and web3 teams.

I'm Rafael Souza — online, most people know me as Raffx. I'm a 23-year-old developer and community manager working at the intersection of code and people. I build interfaces that feel considered and help grow spaces where communities thrive with purpose.
By day, I write React, Next.js, and Angular for SaaS products at A5 Solutions. By night, I'm structuring JET LATAM — a regional initiative aligned with the Jito ecosystem on Solana. I've shipped Lambdas, moderated multilingual Discords, built Telegram bots, and organized educational events.
I believe good products come from the same place good communities do: care for detail and respect for other people's time.
A shipped product and an open-source bot — together they sum up how I think about interfaces and communities.
Official site for JET LATAM, the regional initiative aligned with the Jito ecosystem on Solana. I led the frontend and worked as Community Operations Associate — shaping the web experience, the multilingual Discord, bounty campaigns, and partner coordination.
What does RPC stand for in blockchain infrastructure?
Educational bot for SuperteamBR that delivers glossary, quizzes, and contextual explanations right into the chats where the Solana community already lives. Supports DMs, groups, and inline mode — in PT and EN. Reduces onboarding friction without taking anyone off the platform.
The path so far — jobs, studies, and the detours that shaped how I work.
